Our goal is to help keep these classics alive by producing rare parts that are no longer available. We have purchased the rubber gasket & lighting molds from Mr. Renner that were used to during his famous high end restoration. We only intend to produce Silversides parts at this time.

I have often been considered a busnut. It started with my uncles purchase of a London transport double decker: the driver seat sits beside a Bristol AEC diesel...One trip around town and I was hooked. In the early 90’s I started taking my family on vacations in our first bus a GMC 4905A. After owing some later model 45 footers It went full circle for me; I went back to the early GM Silversides.
After purchasing my PD-3751 in 2018 I became aware of the limited availability of parts. Speaking with Mark Renner, I decided to help carry on his high quality reproduction of rare parts. I hope to help keep Silversides alive for future generations to enjoy and appreciate their unique style.

Since I was a young I`ve always been fascinated by all things transportation related. Cars, buses, planes, trains - the bigger the better & especially diesel ! Originally I was a VW nut, recently converted to a proper busnut. After having driven VW buses for decades, it`s time for the upgrade to a full size coach. Not just any old coach - a Silversides. The classic lines & art deco styling are a perfect fit for my wife and I.
I`ve worked in automotive my entire career, specializing in wholesale parts distribution for over a decade. Supporting Silversides & helping keep these classics alive is a perfect fit.
